1. Early Access & No-Reliance Notice

Vleyr Technologies, Inc. (“Vleyr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is currently in a pre-release Early Access & Exploration phase. This policy describes our data practices during this experimental period and should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service, which govern the non-operational nature of the Platform.

No Reliance

Users acknowledge that all features, integrations, and services — including those labeled as active, sandboxed, simulated, or planned — are experimental. Users agree not to rely on the Platform for any critical, legal, safety, or operational decisions. Data collected is not used to provide real-world verification, approval, or authentication services during this phase.

3. Information We Collect & Data Responsibility

We collect the minimum data necessary to test the Vleyr Platform's interface and logic. Users are responsible for the accuracy and content of the data they choose to provide through the Platform.

Interactions with such providers occur within controlled testing environments and do not create a direct relationship between the User and those third parties.
