Our Story
Vleyr was born from the classic New York City parking nightmare: constant tickets, street cleaning schedules forcing you to move your car, and the dreaded escalation to boots or tows when unpaid fines pile up. As fellow New Yorkers and out of state commuters, we've all felt the pain—hundreds or thousands in fees, trips to the impound lot, and wasted time from tickets snowballing out of control.
The city already has reminder and payment apps, but they don't provide true protection or help Sanitation workers clean streets effectively without obstructed vehicles. Other apps can send alerts or help you pay tickets, but they don't physically move your vehicle when you can't be there.
It's a win for everyone: drivers avoid chaos and crushing costs, the city enjoys cleaner streets with less obstruction, and we deliver a smarter, community-powered way to manage your vehicle in NYC and beyond.
